I'M FINE, by Charley Anstee

~I'm Fine, by Charley Anstee
"This piece shows the lengths the bullied will go to hide their real emotions. I hid mine because crying or telling someone is a sign of weakness in the bully's eye and means they have gotten what they wanted. So when people asked how I was, I'd reply 'I'm fine, what made you think otherwise?' At the time it was better than facing my problems."
